At Canyon, every robe is handmade and made to order. This means that when you place an order, your robe is crafted exclusively for you — from fabric production and dyeing to tufting and sewing.

Because of this personalized process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, size, or color preferences. We kindly encourage you to select your size, design, and color carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions: If your robe arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly work with you to make it right. You have 14 days to ship the robe you have received so that we can process the return. A return label with tracking will be provided.
