If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can exchange the product within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, or store credit. We do not offer full refunds. We do not offer refunds or order cancellations on your order after 14 days after purchasing your item, this is because the production of your item has already started.
To make a return: Items must be unused and unworn. Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Delivery
All robes are handcrafted and hand tufted, our laborious detailed process takes up to 3 weeks for production. Please expect your orders to arrive 21 days after placing an order.
