Our current production time is around 6 weeks for your order to be produced and shipped to you, however as each robe is handmade ands when demand is high, it may take longer to produce. 

We currently do not offer any exchanges or refunds, all our robes are handmade and made to order, this means that when you place an order the robe is made just for you.  We advise that you choose carefully which size, design and color you would like as once you order we make the chenille fabric, dye, tuft and sew the robe just for you. We can make an exception to our exchange policy if the robe is damaged in anyway or you received the wrong order.

The robes are packaged individually, however if you ordered more than one product we plan to ship everything at the same time. 

We recommend you wash on a cold wash with no or very little fabric softener, chenille loves the tumble dryer on a hot setting.  If you add wool dryer balls you will get a fluffy bouncy robe. Chenille gets fluffier and fuller after each tumble dry. 

Yes, we customize robes and also can make you a robe from our vintage line that has not yet been released on our website.  The price for customization ranges between $360-$450 depending on the complexity of the designs.

Our standard robe length is 48 inches, which typically falls around mid-calf or just below the knee, depending on your height. Some styles are also available in a 56-inch length, which generally reaches the ankles. If the design you choose doesn’t offer the 56-inch option, feel free to email us — we’re happy to adjust your order to the longer length upon request.

The overtufting, the fluffy soft designs and the soft exterior fabric is 100% organic, environmentally sourced cotton.  The backing (lining) fabric is 50/50 poly cotton blend

Yes, you can get that exact same style of robe. We use the very same machines and methods that were used to produce the original robes. However, since each robe is handmade and individually stitched, there may be slight variations—no two robes are exactly alike.
